The International Composers Forum Network is currently in its beginning stages. It is seeking membership, sponsorship, and volunteers.

The goal of the ICFN is to establish a network for composers and composers’ forums around the world.

Current plans include:

• Voting areas
• Discounts on composition-related products: hardware, software, paper, books, CD’s etc.
• Interviews with living composers providing the following content: instructional videos for students of composition, analysis videos by the composer for contemporary works, discussion of pedagogic approaches to teaching music composition, etc.
• Online music exchange (scores and audio) or partnership with an existing resource for such exchange
• Establishing international connections between musicians in order to facilitate performances of new music around the world
